We can only recommend Nepal Hiking Team (NHT) - thank you for an amazing trek.
A group of 7 friends planned this trip for 2 years (2019-2020) and postponed it 3 times due to COVID19 restrictions - and in October 2021 we finally got to go. NHT has since the first contact responded very well and very fast to all questions including providing reference from earlier clients.
When we had to postpone the trip Ganga - the managing director - advised us that our deposit would of course still be valid for the trip whenever the timing was workable.
18 months later (this October) when we could finally go, NHT delivered completely as planned - from the pick up in the airport, hotel in Kathmandu, flights to Lukla etc. We unfortunately got delayed 24 hrs into Lukla (yes.... bad weather :-)) - but NHT handled this impeccable with rebooking etc.
And a big THANK YOU to our two guides Raam (lead guide) and Denise - the were handling things with a smile - being extremely service minded and with a good sense of humor - and yet we always felt very safe with them on the trail or crossing passes. They also managed our nice group of Porters and the Teahouse bookings very well (quite a few of them had only few visitors over the last couple of years) incl. food and drinks on the way.
The heli-lift from Gorakshep to Lukla also went completely as planned. So an absolute top rating for being very credible, safe and delivering as agreed. So an absolute 5 star rating from our group.
