A quick briefing of the itinerary
The itinerary begins with a pick-up from Tribhuvan International Airport. When you arrive at the airport in Kathmandu, our staff will give you a warm welcome. He will then take you to the hotel.
Your journey begins with a sightseeing tour of Kathmandu. You'll explore the city's rich history and architecture on this tour. Now, you'll drive to Sundarijal. You'll start your hike to Chisapani from here. You’ll stay at Chisapani for the night.
The hike continues as you make your way to Nagarkot. After a day of rest and relaxation in Nagarkot, you'll trek to Dhulikhel. Finally, you'll drive back to Kathmandu with stops at the ancient cities of Bhaktapur and Patan. The tour ends with this drive, and you'll head back home subsequently.
Best Times For The Tour
Are you wondering when the perfect time is to embark on this incredible trekking adventure? Well, the answer is - spring (March-May), autumn (September-November), and winter (December-February)! These seasons offer the perfect weather for trekking in the stunning Nepalese countryside. The days are sunny, with clear skies that showcase the stunning views of the surrounding mountain ranges.
The tour is not recommended during the monsoon (June-August) season. During this time, the heavy rain can make the hike unworthy.

Detailed Itinerary
Day 01: Arrive at Kathmandu
Our airport agent will pick you up and bring you to a hotel for check-in. At the hotel, we will explain further about the tour. After that, there are no scheduled plans for the day.
Enjoy your stay at the hotel.
Day 02: Kathmandu valley sightseeing tour
Today, we begin our sightseeing trip of Kathmandu Valley, which includes visits to Kathmandu Durbar Square, Swayambhunath Temple, Boudhanath Stupa, and Pasupatinath Temple. We will take in Nepal's beautiful palace, art, culture, paintings, and history while visiting cultural heritage sites.
Overnight at the hotel, breakfast included.
Day 03: Drive to Sundarijal and trek to Chisapani (2150m) Duration: 5 hrs
Our destination for today is Chisapani. We will have a warm breakfast, and then we will drive to Sundarijal. We begin our hike from Sundarijal to Chisapani. We walk past Shivapuri national park and a small Tamang village called Mulkharka. Here, we will observe the pastoral life in the outskirt of Kathmandu and continue our walk to Chisapani. From Mulkharka, we hike down through oak and rhododendron forest to Chisapani.

Day 04: Trek to Nagarkot (2175m) Duration: 5 hrs
We arrive in Chauki Bhanjyang after a two-and-a-half-hour hike from Chisapani. We keep on going on our journey to Nagarkot. Nagarkot is a famous tourist attraction. The Himalaya range, which stretches from Dhaulagiri in the west to Kanchenjunga in the east, rises in clear weather to meet the delighted visitor with its awe-inspiring majesty and splendor. Nagarkot is also a famous spot for viewing the dawn and sunset. The sight of the sun rising and setting over the snow-capped mountains is mesmerizing.

Day 05: Trek to Dhulikhel Duration: 5 hrs
Following our visit to Nagarkot, we will trek to Dhulikhel, passing through villages like Rohini Bhanjyang, Khalthung village, Robi Bhanjyang, etc. We witness tiny villages, terraced fields, greenery, and mountains along the road, which depict Nepal as a whole.
Overnight at the hotel. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner included.
Day 06: Drive Back to Kathmandu with Bhaktapur and Patan Sighseeing Tours
We get up early to catch a glimpse of the magnificent sunrise. Afterward, we will then drive to Kathmandu after breakfast. We visit the Durbar Squares of Bhaktapur and Patan on the way, then drop you off at your hotel.
After that, we will enjoy a Farewell Dinner at a traditional Nepalese restaurant in the evening.

Day 07: Farewell/Departure
A representative from Nepal Hiking Team will meet at the hotel. He will assist you to the airport for your flight back home. Or, if you would like to extend your trip, then we will continue the new journey.

Exciting and most memorable experience
Experience of a lifetime! Leading up to the trip, I felt some excitement and uncertainty because I was traveling from New Jersey to Nepal, so it was a trip to the other side of the world. Also knowing we were going to trek to the highest region in the world.
Once we arrived in Kathmandu, we met up with our guide (Bhim). After a few minutes of talking with him, I felt a sense of calm and my excitement of joy grew from there. And I was right he and his team made sure we had the best experience possible.
The full trek going and coming was incredible. Our guide, Bhim, made sure we had the best experience. Can’t say enough of how wonderful he and his team made this one for the books!

Solo Traveler
I just completed trekking in Nepal together with another solo traveler. The service of Nepal Hiking Team was exemplary from the start till the end. Nothing beats word-of-mouth good reviews.
Mr. Ganga has been very responsive to queries from Day 1 and was physically present even on the last day to officially close the loop for the package tour.
Our guide Bibek was very patient and sincere as he led us through the trek. He resolved issues with his heart and people skills and gave assurance whenever plans suddenly changed.
He ensured things were changed for the better. Our porter, Rajendran, was also good and always arrived ahead of time to ensure our rooms were confirmed.

Amazing experience thanks to our 5-star guide/porter team
We had the best time in Nepal. The beautiful views and warm hospitality of the Nepali people are truly unparalleled.
Instrumental to our amazing experience were our guide, Netra, and porter, Vasu.
We were super well taken care of. Netra was quick to assess our physical abilities and was able to effectively set the pace for our hikes. He had very good knowledge of the route and terrain. Importantly, this was our first time attempting a hike at a high altitude, so he took extra care to check on us regularly.
On a personal note, proper gear, including a powerful down jacket for -20 degrees Celsius and a proper hiking backpack, is super essential.
Overall, I would highly recommend the Nepal Hiking Team and Netra/Vasu for your Nepal adventure!

Fabulous Trip – Excited for Many More with NHT
We were a group of 17 people from California who had been preparing for a year for this trip. Nepal Hiking Team was referred to us by one of my friends.
