Starting from the very beginning with my first communication with Mr. Ganga, I was met with a fast response that contained detailed information about the trek. Any other questions I had about the Everest Base Camp Short Trek were answered in the same professional and prompt way. I did the trek in late May and as a solo traveler, my biggest concern was about joining other people. With e-mails back and forth leading up to my arrival date in Nepal, Mr. Ganga had managed to arrange a group for me to join, despite its unavailability in the initial stages of our conversations. I am grateful to Mr. Ganga and all of the team members of NHT for arranging and organizing the trip for me, it was amazing and one of the best trekking experiences I have had. The accommodations in the mountains were comfortable; my guide made sure that the meals I was given was fresh and filling. Bhim, my guide, always went out of his way to make sure that I had no problems or discomfort of any kind. All of the formalities and various procedures that has to be followed while trekking, like the permits, the tickets at the national park and the guesthouse accommodation methods and the likes, were all taken care of effectively by Bhim. I didn’t worry about anything outside of my current thought bubble. My trek was trouble-free, well oriented and simply amazing. Definitely One of the best Agency, highly recommended.
