I took the Everest Base Camp Trek with my husband for a little celebration of our being together for about five years now, and my husband always had said that he wanted to see the mountains, so, we decided with Nepal Hiking Team Company, and got the Everest base camp Package in the month of April of last year, and let me tell you, it was the most fun that we’ve ever had! The views of the mountains, the very trek itself, the people and the whole experience in general was just amazing! Our guide who helped us on the trek, Bhim, was an absolute charm as well. The little villages that we passed through, like the village at Chhukung, was so beautiful. The whole tour package was amazing, and I and my husband had a wonderful time in Nepal. I love the country, I really do. The people there have so much heart and are kind. They were so amazingly hospitable as well to us throughout our trek. I love the exoticness of the place. And, climbing along the trek on the trails of the mountain, it was amazing! Nepal Hiking Team really helped us, and since it was our first trekking trip in Nepal, for what it was, it was enough. The accommodations were nice, we stayed at nice hotels, and my husband especially enjoyed the food, which was a surprise to me, because, you know, he usually is a picky eater! (I know I’m making my hubby sound like a child, but, honest! He’s not, he just doesn’t eat whatever, you know).
Anyway, the trip was amazing, the package was well designed, and it proved to be cost efficient to us, and we loved it.
