Trip Overview

Discover the essence of Kathmandu through culture blends Adventure tours around the suburbs of Kathmandu valley. This tour visits the incredible marvels of Kathmandu valley and then explores the unsurpassed natural beauty of towns on the periphery of Kathmandu. This trip ensures fascinating traditions, sublime arts and culture, and charming settlements away from bustling Kathmandu. Overall, this incredible tour is a little bit of everything. Spiritual with its finest temples tours and mystical with confounding natural beauty surrounding the touring places and chaotic at the same time.

Culture blends Adventure tour starts with a magical spell of Kathmandu- the capital city of Nepal. Visit the historical landmarks in elaborate designs and stunning architectures. When visiting the world heritage sites of Kathmandu, seeing the artistic beauty demonstrated in the palace and temple buildings leaves the observer speechless. Arts depicted in the woods and metals showcase the religious aspects of Nepal. Furthermore, leaving the historical landmarks, the journey continues to explore the bewildering towns on the outskirts of Kathmandu. Starting with Sundarijal, the tour proceeded to wonderful Nagarkot from the pristine environment of Chisapani.

At Nagarkot, soak up the enthralling mountain scenery and the orange sun rising above giant mountains of Nepal. Moreover, the fascinating aspect of this culture blends adventure tour is the sunrise above the Himalayas of Nepal. The sky meets with jagged peaks during sunrise or sunset and disperses hues of beautiful colors in the sky. And this view is simply breathtaking. After appreciating the snow-clad mountains, hike along with the semi-urban towns of Dhulikhel and then to Bhaktapur and Patan. Patan and Bhaktapur explore the stunning historic temples, museums, and palaces adorning spectacular carvings.

On the whole, with tours of heritage sites and peripheral towns, one gets to understand the cultural aspect of Nepal. Likewise, walking through dense jungles with chances of encountering wild creatures adds adventure to this mesmerizing journey. Riveting with mountains and forests abounding, social interaction makes the journey more encompassing and rewarding.

Best time for Culture Blends Adventure Tour

The best time for a culture blending adventure tour in Nepal is from March to May (spring), September to November (autumn), and December to February (winter). During springtime, the outskirts of Kathmandu flourishes with rhododendron blooms offering colorful scenery. Similarly, mountain views are the best and enticing at the same time. On the other hand, autumn is a festive season; thus, suburbs thrive with festivities, carnivals, and of course, fantastic weather. People from the city go back to their town, making the city even more vibrant and lively.

Similarly, the weather around this time is genuinely fantastic and awe-inspiring. Winter additionally is another lovely time for this tour. Usually, people visit Nagarkot, Dhulikhel, Chisapani, and Sundarijal as picnic spots during wintertime. Moreover, during winter, air and skies remain clear, offering stunning views of snowcapped peaks. Lastly, the summer/monsoon season, which falls from June to August, is the least desirable time for the tour. However, traveling during the rainy season is possible if you are ready with the right gear.

Hareth Alsaadi, Phillipines I went for Everest base camp trip by mid-Dec 2021. I was a little worried as I never went trekking in my entire life.. however, i did a lot of research and came across Nepal Hiking Team so I decided after much thought to go with them Initially, I was in contact with Ganga the CEO of the company... i was highly satisfied with his interaction and communication with me right from the beginning.. i had so many questions and concerns regarding the trip and he was able to guide me and answer me all my inquiries... the on-boarding process was smooth and easy.. when i arrived in Nepal I found everything ready starting from the person picking me up from the airport, the hotel, some equipment for the trek, full introductory meeting on what to expect from the journey, all ground transportation, and even before i left Nepal after the trek.. a PCR staff was provided and came to my hotel... As for my trekking guide Prakash. i am truly happy that i had him as my guide.. a very spectacular human being.. he was more than a guide.. he was a great companion as well.. he ensured that i was having a good time.. continuously shared his expertise of mountains, Sherpa people, and Nepalese culture.. he always went the extra mile to support me... even at days when it was tough for me to continue due to altitude sickness.. he encouraged me and inspired me not to give up on this lifetime journey.. he always puts health and safety first.. Despite all the challenges of Everest Base Camp trek.. but i am very glad i did it... and i did it with an excellent group of people.. Nepal Hiking Team.. i highly recommend them for anyone intends to go trekking in Nepal. Read this review on trip advisor (click here)
Peter, United States of America My friend and I recently spent 2 weeks in Nepal, guided by the Nepal Hiking Team. Our original trek was canceled by an international company,  and the Nepal Hiking Team stepped in flawlessly. Ganga answered all of our questions, had our safety as his top concern always, was flexible, and was gracious with his hospitality. From Kathmandu, Pokhara, to the various tea villages, all the way to ABC, our Nepal Hiking Team was phenomenal. Our guide Arjun and porter Prem were first class, helping us navigate and learn about the terrain, giving us sage advice, and also making sure we had a great time (thanks for the wine!). I felt truly connected with them and it was hard to leave! A massive thank you to the entire team. Let's summit one of those monsters together soon!
William Belue, USA Nepal Hiking was incredible starting with the airport pick up all the way to drop off at the end of the trip. I had a scenario in which the airline lost my luggage and NHT arrange for my boots to be delivered via helicopter. This alone speaks to the level of care they provide their clients. Our guide, Bal, was one of the most knowledgeable people I’ve had the opportunity to meet and his attention to detail truly made this experience for me. The accommodations, food, gear, etc all blew my expectations out of the water. If you are looking for a guided Nepal experience, please look no further. I met other trekkers along my journey who were paying more and receiving less. This trip was a surprise birthday present and I am already planning my next trip back. Ahmed, USA Joined recently for an Everest Base Camp tour and it was simply spectacular! The team was well equipped with all logistics and planning and Ganga did a fantastic job with communication before and during the trip too. As for the trip itself, it far exceeded expectations as we got lucky with great clear weather and really enjoying our hiking. Our tour guide Bal was excellent as he had a lot of previous experience, very knowledgeable, friendly, and a fun person. The accommodations and food were good too. Overall I would highly recommend Nepal Hiking Team to others. Note: Read this review on Tripadvisor (Click here)
Dave, USA Had a truly great time in the mountains with the Nepal Hiking Team. Arrived from the Pacific Northwest with my boomer mom to trek to Everest Base Camp. (Made it.) Our group included four other ladies who’d met in college and were reconnecting. Was tough going at times but the NHT crew led us well. Our guides and porters were professional, kind, generous, and attentive. Their work was difficult—carrying our extra stuff, monitoring our conditions as we gained altitude, maintaining morale if/when it flagged, teaching us about Nepali and Sherpa culture, and showing us the way—and they all performed legendarily. Ganga and Raj put a lot of thought into making our trek enjoyable. They took great care of my mom and were very proactive with those who faced any altitude-related issues. I’m no world traveler or experienced backpacker, but this trip felt particularly fun and special. It awakened in me a far greater curiosity for travel. The mountain experience—organized by Ganga and led by Raj and his team of guides and porters—will be a cherished memory. Our NHT crew were all good people. I enjoyed their company and guidance immensely. We fly home this evening from Kathmandu and I’m already excited to return with friends, family, or solo. I look forward to trekking with NHT, Ganga, and Raj again. Read this review on Tripadvisor.
