We had an incredible experience with Nepal Hiking Team on the Gokyo Ri and Renjo La Pass trek, and we highly recommend them. From our initial enquiry until the end of our journey, their communication was excellent, and every request was handled with care. They were happy to customise our itinerary so we could visit the places that mattered most to us, and we felt supported throughout the entire trip.

A big part of what made this trek so unforgettable was our guide, Sun Kaji Tamang, and our porter, Robin. They worked together brilliantly and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible experience. When my husband became ill and had to be taken to the hospital, they showed us exceptional kindness and support, helping us through a very stressful situation with genuine compassion.

During the trek, Sun Kaji constantly looked after our well-being. He made sure we ate properly, reminded us to stay hydrated, and kept a close eye on how we were coping with the altitude. Every morning before leaving the teahouse, he checked our room to make sure we hadn't left anything behind. It may seem like a small gesture, but after long days of hiking it was incredibly helpful and showed how attentive he was.

Robin also worked tirelessly every day and was always ready to help whenever we needed him. Before continuing to the next teahouse, he often waited to ensure we were comfortable before heading off with our luggage. While crossing Renjo La Pass in snowy conditions, he even carried our daypacks in addition to our main bags to make the journey easier for us. It was an incredibly thoughtful act, and we truly appreciated his generosity.

One of the highlights of our trip was celebrating my husband's 50th birthday. We climbed Gokyo Ri that morning, and after two attempts, I finally reached the summit thanks to Sun Kaji's patience, encouragement, and unwavering support. Throughout the ascent, he gently reminded me to go "slowly, slowly," helping me stay calm and focused. Reaching the top together and celebrating such a special milestone with those breathtaking views is a memory we will always treasure. That evening, Sun Kaji and Robin surprised us with a birthday cake, music, and a wonderful celebration that made the day even more meaningful.

As a final touch, Nepal Hiking Team surprised us with a complimentary hotel room upgrade in Kathmandu. It was a lovely gesture and a perfect way to end an unforgettable adventure.

I had an amazing experience trekking to Everest Base Camp with Nepal Hiking Team. The trek was well organised, with a carefully planned itinerary that included enough time for acclimatisation as well as enjoyable side trips along the way.

Our lead guide, Arjun-ji, together with the assistant guides, provided outstanding support throughout the journey. They were always helpful, attentive, and willing to go beyond their responsibilities to make sure everyone was safe, comfortable, and enjoying the experience.

Another highlight of the trek was the wonderful group of fellow trekkers. We shared many memorable moments together, making the journey even more enjoyable from start to finish.

From the owners and managers to the porters, everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely supportive before, during, and even after the trip. Their communication was always prompt and clear, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free.

My wife and I completed the Classic Annapurna Circuit trek with 8 other friends. This was our first time visiting Nepal and our first Himalayan trek. The Nepal Hiking Team and our lead guide Arjun and assistant guides Gokul and Shankar were absolutely amazing right from their greeting till the end.

I hope to be back in Nepal soon and will certainly book our trek with the Nepal Hiking Team. You can’t go wrong with their expert assistance. Tell them what you desire, and they will try to make it happen if it is possible. 

We completed the Annapurna Circuit Classic Trek with BP Sigdel as our lead guide. He has exceptional trekking experience and excellent English, and he looked after us like family. From greeting us at the airport with flower garlands to our goodbyes with blessings and wishing us a safe journey home with protective shawls, we felt cared for and will cherish this beautiful trip of a lifetime.

I will forever be grateful to Gokul for guiding me and helping me during the trek. Thank you to Shankar for the excellent care, helping us at the teahouses and navigating the teahouse menus and meals. Our five porters were superhuman, fun, and always cheerful! Completing the Everest Base Camp trek with the Nepal Hiking Team was, without a doubt, one of the most incredible experiences of my life. From the moment we arrived until the day we returned, everything was organized with exceptional professionalism.

Every aspect of the trek was meticulously planned, and what impressed me the most was that there was always a Plan A, Plan B, and even Plan C for every situation. That level of preparation gave us tremendous confidence and peace of mind throughout the trek.

We had an absolutely incredible experience on our Everest Base Camp Trek with the Nepal Hiking Team. As novice hikers, the trek felt intimidating, but the team handled everything flawlessly from start to finish. The office staff were professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful.

We booked a private trek as a couple, and our team was top-notch. Our guide, Paban Panta, was outstanding; his leadership was excellent, and we wouldn't trek in Nepal again without him. Our porter, Ram Tamang, was also amazing, assisting us at every turn and even walking with us during our final push to Base Camp.
