Deciding to go through with the Everest Base Camp Trek with my family resulted in one of the most amazing trekking experiences and I have to thank Nepal Hiking Team and its staffs for that. Ganga and Balaram arrived at the airport to greet me and my family and exchanging pleasant greetings and friendly talks, we were given more information regarding our trips. Ganga also introduced us to two of our trekking guides, Baban and Bal Kumar, and it did not take long to get properly acquainted with them. They were friendly and had a good sense of humor, which made the trip even more pleasant than it already was.
There was a little delay on the flight from Kathmandu to Lukla because of some weather conditions and such, but even though there was a delay, Ganga made some calls and made sure that me and my family had a good accommodations in Kathmandu. Later on- on the lodges, since it was a peak season for trekking, there were many other trekkers and travelers present; but our guides, Baban and Bal Kumar arranged our stay so that we were comfortable and were accommodated quite nicely even when there were many trekkers and the number of lodges were in a limited number there. It was a remarkable job in my opinion, to be able to provide us the absolutely best services in such a condition where it was difficult to come by regarding the circumstance. Nepal Hiking Team really makes sure that their customers are taken well care of, and that is exactly the impression that I got from them.
It was the best trekking experience that we had undergone and Ganga and Balaram’s attentiveness and an excellent customer care service from NHT made the whole trip one of the most comfortable and amazing trekking experiences that I and my family had the chance to undergo. Their management is to be truly appreciated.
