I am a huge lover of traveling, and I had spent many months in China before I eventually found my way around Nepal and trekking in the mountains here. I decided to go with Nepal Hiking Team because they had fantastic reviews on the website and were one of the most professional travel agencies to opt for, so I decided with them.
Aside from all the obvious things that almost all of the travel agency provides, in terms of services, the execution of the benefits regarding the equipment and the Down jackets that they offered and the duffle bag as well as the sleeping bag that the agency provided to me was top notch.
In the mountains, while trekking as well, my guide Ram, who was accompanying me on my solo trek, helped me out a lot at the hotels and the lodges that we stayed at. It was the peak season for trekking there as well when I underwent my trekking journey, and because of it, even though I was a solo traveler, I met lots of people from all over who had to Nepal for trekking just like me and who were also going to the base camp of Everest like I was. Because of this common notion, I did not feel any isolation even in the remote, isolated villages that we stayed at during the trek.
All in all, it was a brilliant journey, I loved my experience of it, and the idea of trekking to the world’s tallest mountain is always associated with thrills and adventure, and it most certainly is true!
