When I was looking to return to Nepal in November 2016 I looked no further than Nepal Hiking Team to organize our expedition/trip. This would be the 4th time I'd been to Nepal and the Himalaya and every time Nepal Hiking Team have done a wonderful job in organizing everything from start to finish. This time was no exception.
On this occasion myself and my daughter decided to undertake a very challenging expedition which included a summit attempt on Mera Peak followed by a crossing of the difficult Ampha Lapcha pass before a summit attempt on Island Peak. To ensure we had the best possible support NHT engaged Pasang Sherpa to be our climbing guide. We soon learnt that Pasang had summited Mt Everest 4 times along with other 8000m mountains and we knew that we would be well looked after. Again, we were not disappointed and were very well looked after.
The itinerary we had was well considered and had excellent provisions for acclimatization and contingency days. Overall the expedition was a success and I have no hesitation in recommending Nepal Hiking Team for any adventure in the Himalaya and we will certainly be using them again.
