Just finished with the Everest Base Camp Trek with Nepal Hiking Team. NHT is one of the best travel agencies that I had a pleasure to work with. Their proficient and effective service is what sets them apart. With a heedful twenty-four hour customer care service, I had the pleasure of being aided whenever I had any setbacks. Ganga and Balaram from the managing team at NHT were always making sure that I was having a good time and that I did not have any problems. Their constant vigilance and care gave me a good safe bubble and a peaceful state of mind while trekking. Unfortunately, when I was at Namche, I was struck with altitude sickness. Because of this, I had a difficult time going further. But my guide Bhim stayed with me until I felt better and adjusted the pace of the trek so that I was comfortable with it. Fortunately for me, the case of the sickness did not turn out to be as severe and I completed my trek, but it took a little longer than scheduled. But then again, the itinerary was adjusted and the arrangements were made that were suitable for my needs and catered to my convenience.
Nepal Hiking Team’s efficiency is to be applauded for I had everything done according to my comfort level and my convenience. The rescheduling, the pacing of the trek, the time, it was all perfected to provide me one of the best trekking experiences of my life. This moment of trekking and NHT’s services will forever be in my memories and I will most definitely be using NHT’s services from now on.
