Dear Ganga and the entire team,

We, Narasipura family would like to thank you and your team for making once in a lifetime experience possible. All three of us loved every minute we spent in the Himalayas and Nepal. After my EBC trek, I wanted to experience Himalayas again with my family. Your team made it possible.

Every day, we knew what to expect because Paban explained us on previous evening and in the morning. In seven days, we trekked in the lush green forest, saw numerous waterfalls, were inside the clouds, refreshed ourselves in the river and stream water, took multiple breaks with tea, coffee.

Even though it was very hard, especially from 3rd to 5th day, we managed to get over the fatigue to continue because of Paban, Gokul and Ganesh’s help and encouragement. They used to tell us to take it easy (Aaramse jayenke) then we can do it, no need to rush. Paban modified the plan/itinerary based on the time of the day and our physical condition. We always ended the day before 5pm. Paban was flexible and booked the best teahouses, he made our trek very enjoyable. On fourth day, we were scheduled to trek to Upper Sinuwa. He changed it, we stayed at Lower Sinuwa. Because of 4th day’s change of plan, he modified fifth-day trek too.

Every day, as soon as we woke up, we started off with a hot cup of coffee or tea, they served to us without fail. Enjoying first few minutes of the day looking the sunrise in the mountains with a hot drink was so peaceful and relaxing. At the end of every day, we had fun, talking, playing cards, and having delicious dinner with fresh fruits as dessert. It was a beautiful experience. Paban, Gokul and Ganesh treated us royally and with respect, we are grateful to them.

Spending last two days of our trek in the Machapuchare and Annapurna basecamps were a bliss, surrounded by the Annapurna mountain range was just amazing, and unbelievable.

On the last day of the trip, we loved the cultural tour of the three cities, we were mesmerized by the artwork.

Hope we can come back and enjoy Nepal again.

Nepal Hiking Team is an excellent agency. Their trips are really well organized and taken care of. We had no complaints from the beginning to the end because they managed the trek professionally. In the front, the emails were answered very promptly and in the best way.

We did the Everest Base Camp Trek in a small group, and all had a fantastic time. Our guide and porters were kind and made us feel like a family, always smiling and ensuring we were feeling well. I felt like I was in good hands. I enjoyed joking, laughing, and playing cards with the team.

We had a fantastic experience on our Everest Base Camp Short trek with Nepal Hiking Team in May 2023. Before the trip, we were in contact with Ganga, who was incredibly responsive and patient in answering our questions. She was also accommodating in making arrangements for our flights and accommodations.

Our guide, Paban, was incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. He was always happy to answer our questions about the region's culture, geography, and history. He was also accommodating in ensuring that we were safe and comfortable throughout the trek.

Here are some additional details about our trip:

• We started our trek in Lukla, a small town in the Khumbu region of Nepal.
• We hiked for 14 days, covering a total distance of about 100 kilometers.
• We saw some of the most spectacular scenery in the world, including Mount Everest, Lhotse, and Nuptse.
• We stayed in comfortable lodges along the way, and our meals were delicious.
• We made some great friends on the trek, and we all had a wonderful time.

We are so grateful to Nepal Hiking Team for making our Everest Base Camp trek possible. It was an unforgettable experience that we will cherish forever.

We had an absolutely incredible experience trekking to Base Camp. We are two guys who are in decent, but not great shape, but we found the trek very doable, especially with the help of our experienced guide, Paban. We would have gotten nowhere without our incredible porter, Sujan.

Both Paban and Sujan helped us keep pace, showed us all the best views, and were great company along the way. By the time we reached Base Camp, I can easily say we were all good friends and shared a lot of laughs along the way.

Our trip encountered some weather problems as we were supposed to fly from Gorak Shep to Lukla via helicopter, but the clouds were too thick to travel through. So, we contacted Gunga, figured out a good plan to get down the mountain in time for our flight out of Kathmandu, and rescheduled our helicopter to take us directly from Phakding to Kathmandu. This was a huge help for our travel plans. We can't thank the Nepal Hiking Team and Gunga enough for their amazing experience and accommodating nature.

I highly recommend Paban and Sujan to any trekkers who are going soon, as they were impeccable in every way. We can't wait to come back when Sujan is a full guide himself.

When I come back to climb to the peak of Everest, I will definitely be rebooking with the Nepal Hiking Team. I can't wait to return to Nepal. It's a 10/10 experience for me.

I had a golden opportunity to trek the Gokyo Lakes and Renjo La Pass region in the Himalayas in Nepal, along with my sister and brother-in-law during October 2023. For this trek, we had booked through Nepal Hiking Team (NHT), and we were completely satisfied with our choice as we successfully completed the trek with their help. Sri Ganga Ji, the owner of NHT, was very professional. Before the trek, he was available for answering our queries through WhatsApp, and in fact, I even had a call session to get all my queries related to the trek answered. Ganga Ji was very patient and answered all my queries regarding preparation for the trek, payments, insurance, and more. He continued the same support after we arrived in Nepal, despite being very busy.

After landing in Kathmandu, we were received by Paban, our trek guide, at the airport. Paban was there with us from that time onwards until we completed our Gokyo Lakes and Renjo La Pass trek and returned to Kathmandu. Paban did a great job as the trek guide and was very helpful throughout. At the start of the trek, we were stuck in Ramechhap for two days as the flights to Lukla got canceled due to bad weather. Paban managed to get us into a helicopter as an alternate option, as we insisted on getting to Lukla quickly. During our unexpected stay in Ramechhap for two nights, Paban also ensured that we got the required accommodations.

During the trek, Paban answered all our questions patiently. He is well aware of all the top mountain peaks and all the terrain details in the Himalayas. He ensured that we had a smooth stay at all the places at night and regularly monitored our oxygen and pulse levels in the high-altitude places. Paban was very friendly and maintained a good professional relationship with all of us during the trek. During the early morning climb to Gokyo Ri, I had some challenges as I was feeling dizzy. Paban took good care of me until I recovered and could continue the trek. He even carried my bag to the top after ensuring that I was fit enough to complete the hike to the summit.

Overall, we were all very satisfied and impressed with the service provided by Paban as a guide and definitely would recommend him as a guide for future trekkers. The two porter Sherpas, namely Lakman and Chandra, were also very nice, and I was amazed to see their ability to carry our luggage throughout the journey. A big shout of applause to them for their efforts, without which we wouldn't have had a great trek experience.

Overall, we were all very happy with Nepal Hiking Team (NHT)'s support and service during the trek. The folks working there are professional and friendly, and I definitely recommend NHT as one of the best companies for Nepal treks. We look forward to doing one more Nepal trek with them in the near future.

My husband and I, along with a group of four others, embarked on the 14-day Annapurna circuit trek this April. The experience was nothing short of phenomenal.

Our guide, Paban Khadka, was exceptional; his professionalism combined with his cheerful demeanor kept us in great spirits and feeling safe throughout the trek.

He went above and beyond, making our journey possible and memorable. Our assistant guide, Neman, was also fantastic, always ensuring our comfort and safety with a smile.

The porters were incredibly kind and managed our luggage with amazing effort, climbing the hills without a single complaint. We were lucky with perfect weather, which allowed us to fully enjoy the stunning scenery.

The teahouses exceeded our expectations with comfortable accommodations and delicious, hot meals. Communication before the trek was clear, and Ganga was very patient in answering all our queries.

The airport pickups and drop-offs were timely, and support was always at hand even before the trek started. We’ve made lifelong friends and unforgettable memories.

Paban guided us through the Annapurna Circuit, and I honestly couldn’t recommend him more. It was such a beautiful trek, and we felt well cared for the entire time. I was part of a group of four solo travelers, and the porters kept our spirits high, always up for a laugh or a game of cards.

Paban led us at a steady, comfortable pace, ensuring we soaked in the stunning scenery along the way. He was also amazing when it came to helping me manage altitude sickness and a knee injury toward the end of the trek. The porters went above and beyond, even arranging a taxi for me on the last day when the knee pain got worse.

I’m already planning to come back toward the end of the year for EBC and Island Peak—and I really hope Paban will be my guide again! 5 stars, without a doubt.

• Ganga provided quick and clear answers to all my questions before booking, making the process easy and reassuring.
• The organization by Ganga and his team was excellent—every transfer, from the airport to the hotel, the trek starting point, and onward to Chitwan, went smoothly. Ganga always responded quickly, often within minutes, whenever we had questions.
• The accommodation in Kathmandu (Woodapple Hotel and Spa) was great, with the rooftop restaurant being a real highlight.
• During the trek, our guide Paban and assistant guide Gobinda were fantastic. They went above and beyond to make the trek enjoyable, even helping when one of our group members experienced altitude sickness.
• The tea houses were well-selected, offering comfortable rooms and good food.
• The ACT was accurately described as "moderate to strenuous," and the length and difficulty were just as mentioned on the website.
• The jungle safari was a great addition—our guides did a great job, and I was lucky to see rhinos, crocodiles, and more.
• A minor downside to the trek (not Nepal Hiking Team’s fault) is that parts of the route follow a road, which can be dusty and noisy due to traffic. While it was only 6–8 hours of the total trek, it was still a bit annoying.

My family of 4 have just returned to Kathmandu from our trek to Everest Base Camp.

Our family of 4 have 15 and 13 to sons. We travelled from Brisbane, Australia to trek out of season up to EBC.

Nepal Hiking team manage the experience remarkably well. It's tough country up there, but we were always safe, and were impressed with the professionalism and cheerfulness of our guides and porters.

I recently completed the Everest Base Camp 16-day trek itinerary run by Nepal Hiking Team over March/April 2025. I would first like to express my gratitude to Ganga, who took care of all the administrative aspects of the trek, to my guide Paban, and to the hardworking porters who transported our duffel bags from teahouse to teahouse.

Ganga made the whole booking process easy, always responding promptly to any questions I had. I was genuinely impressed by the efficient and clear communication throughout the planning.

While on the trek, our guide Paban kept a constant watch on our well-being, always alert to any signs of AMS as we gained altitude. He regularly used an oximeter to check our oxygen levels and ensure they were within the normal range for each elevation. His encouragement, positive attitude, sense of humour, and deep knowledge of the region made the journey far more enjoyable, especially during the more challenging stretches.

You may not always get the chance to speak directly with your porters, but they are the ones working tirelessly in the background to carry your gear between teahouses. They truly deserve your respect and appreciation.

I’ve just returned from an unforgettable 14-day Everest Base Camp trek with Nepal Hiking Team—and it was truly the adventure of a lifetime!

Right from the start, communication with Ganga, the Managing Director of Nepal Hiking Team, was exceptional. He answered all our questions promptly and thoroughly, which gave us complete confidence in choosing them for this journey.

We recently joined Nepal Hiking Team for the Mardi Himal Trek and had an absolutely wonderful experience. On 6th–7th August we visited the sacred Muktinath Temple, then continued with the beautiful Mardi Himal Trek from 8th–11th August 2025.

Right from the start, communicating with the owner, Ganga ji, was a real pleasure. He is professional, kind, and very considerate. A great example of his thoughtfulness was when he arranged for a team of five members instead of four, just to make sure our group felt more comfortable and safe. That simple but meaningful decision showed the true care and dedication of Nepal Hiking Team.

Our trekking team was excellent:

• Paban (Group Leader): very experienced, reliable, and always attentive.
• Kamal (Assistant Leader): patient, encouraging, and supportive all the way.

After returning to Kathmandu, we stayed at Woodapple Hotel & Spa, which was excellent. The hotel is right in Thamel, within walking distance of everything. The rooms are spacious with lovely views, and the rooftop bar and restaurant were the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the city. It was a wonderful way to end our trip.
