About Gobinda

Gobinda Adhikari is a dedicated and energetic trekking guide who began his trekking career in 2011. He has been working with the Nepal Hiking Team since 2023, bringing with him years of hands-on experience and deep knowledge of Nepal’s Himalayan regions.

Gobinda holds a licensed trekking guide certification issued by the Ministry of Tourism, Nepal. He has successfully completed all required professional training and possesses strong practical skills essential for guiding treks safely and enjoyably across Nepal. His first language is Nepali, and he is fluent in English, making him an excellent communicator and a friendly conversationalist.

Langtang Valley Trek

I did the Langtang Valley Trek with Nepal Hiking Team, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the very first contact, communication with the team was excellent—always quick to respond, clear with information, and highly professional in organizing every detail of the trek.

On the trail, we were supported by an exceptional team. Our guide, Govinda, was fantastic. He is highly experienced, knowledgeable, and always attentive to everyone’s safety and well-being. He knows the Langtang region and its culture extremely well and was great at adjusting the pace to suit our group. On top of that, he is friendly, motivating, and genuinely cares about the people he guides.

A special thanks to Ram, our porter, whose positive energy lifted the spirit of the group every single day. He was always smiling, cheerful, and approachable, making everyone feel comfortable and supported throughout the trek.

The landscapes of the Langtang Valley are breathtaking, but what truly made this trek unforgettable was the professionalism, care, and human warmth of the team.
