Nepal Hiking Team appreciates the importance of team work. Our team consists of professional trekking guides, tour guides, and mountaineering leaders who have years of experience in the related sectors of the tourism industry. All trekking and tour guides are trained by the Nepal Academy of Tourism and Hotel Management and are registered and licensed per the Nepal Government's requirements. Our entire team of guides are trained in First Aid and Eco – Tourism; they are well acquainted with Nepali Culture, History and Art and committed to revealing an authentic Nepal to our customers.

Every member of our team is aware of the fact that safety, health, and security should be prioritized along with the client's main aim of visiting Nepal: entertainment, information, exploration or expedition. We have been working in the Himalaya for many years. With our many years of experience in this field, we are able to give you excellent support and help while you explore our paradise-Nepal.

Mr. Ganga B. Thapa, young entrepreneur, recognized his place in the tourism industry in a short period. He earned his experience through the ups and downs in his professional career. He has been in the Nepal travel industry for more than a decade. His years in the tourism trade helped him to achieve a plethora of experiences in making striking tour/trek packages. Additionally, his extensive travels add realistic and practical knowledge to all the tour packages he commences.

Ganga also travels internationally to promote and endorse Nepal as a tourist destination amongst his friends, patrons and tour operators. He is multilingual with a high aptitude to comprehend western as well as eastern cultures. He assists westerners in understanding Nepali culture properly and stimulates individuals to support Nepal in different ways, either by visiting Nepal as tourists or initiating different development projects, which will help Nepal and Nepalese for a better future.

The travel industry veteran, Mr. Balaram Thapa says, "Travel is not only my profession, it's my passion. I enjoy encouraging my clients to try new and unique destinations." Mr. Thapa began his travel industry career working for one of the leading business travel management companies in Nepal. His role as a senior trekking guide was considered an immense boost for the company. Mr. Thapa gained considerable experience of 11 years on handling assignments at the senior level. His extensive experience about Nepal treks and tours, timekeeping and cordial deeds are the focal instrument for his success to give satisfaction to our clients. Over the years, Mr. Thapa gained a valuable insight to the corporate travel market and has built up an extensive network of contacts and relationships in the travel industry, which paved the path for him to become our Marketing Director.

Hari Shrestha, a passionate traveler with more than 12 years oexperience, is an optimistic person with a great sense of humor. As a field manager, Mr. Shrestha maintains a wide network of friends and has been a significant contributor to the wide body of knowledge that Nepal Hiking Team now holds. His passion for travel is probably in the blood; his enthusiasm for a great client experience, from beginning to end, keeps Mr. Shrestha focused at the helm of Nepal Hiking Team, where he has been planning and executing trekking, tours, and adventures, throughout Nepal, India, Bhutan and Tibet for countless individuals.

 

Bhim Adhikari

Mr Bhim - we all call him Bhim Dai, means 'elder brother, probably the eldest one in our company'. He has had more than 25 years experience on his guiding. He has been serving under this company since 2007 which is aimed to avail the services of high quality for the ultimate satisfaction of the clients. Nevertheless, management along is almost impossible to renovate this mission in reality. Our expertise guides/porters, who lead you during your course of your journey, are basically responsible to ensure you’re traveling an enjoyable one. Mr. Adhikari is one of the highly equipped guide of our company, capable of pilot any trips safer as well as free of trouble. He is trained by Ministry of Nepal Tourism, also has received extensive experience in trekking field and has good command in English spoken.

Mr. Gurung has vast knowledge of the Nepal Himalaya and every primary trekking route; he has a government license and participtes in many trek and tour-related trainings. He made himself one of the best guides in the industry and mostly leads trips to remote zones and newly discovered trekking routes of Nepal. He is very familiar with the Everest, Annapurna, Langtang, Dolpo, Upper Mustang, Narphu Valley, Ganesh Himal and other new trekking routes.
