Ghandruk is a popular trekking destination situated towards the northwest of Pokhara, and has an altitude of 2012 meters above sea level and is inhabited by Gurungs, one of the many ethnic groups of Nepal, with their own religion and culture. It is suitable for the children or weary trekkers because it doesn't entail any particularly long walking days and there is always plenty to see. The trek evolves no difficult climbing or ascents to high altitudes.
During your trek you will explore majestic Himalayas views from every corner including Dhaulagiri (8,167m.), Annapurna I (8,091m.), Machhapuchhre (Fish Tail) (6993m), Tukuche (6920m), Nilgiri ( 6940m), Homunculi (6441m), Annapurna South (7219m), Lamjung Himal (6931m), and some other smaller peaks.
